(7) BURNING SHORE finishes third regularly and this is a spot where he could easily land there again. (6) MCKINNEY is worth a try on wider Pick 5 tickets as he could trip out here near the front. Race 2 (5) HIS BOY ELROY ships in sporting some fast miles in the top class in the Maritimes. He could do right away here for a barn that can move one up. (2) BALLERAT BOOMERANG figures here on the double class drop. Toss him in the Pick 5. (4) SOUTHWIND MASIMO is another class-dropper that should at least hit the ticket. (1) P L JACKSON should take a smaller share racing from midpack. Race 3 (4) MUSICAL RHYTHM won both times he raced in this class on this circuit recently. I'll give him the nod here. (6) IL SOGNO DREAM found Hannelore Hanover et al too tough in the Breeders Crown but he should bounce back here with a much better effort. (3) CATCH THE DREAM reversed tactics last time and it paid off. He will likely be closing for a slice this time. (2) BIG RICH can take a small share racing near the front. Race 4 (4) EAST END had designs on wiring the field last week, but two determined leavers to his inside made it tough on him early. He should get a better trip here and he could pop at a price. (1) DREAMFAIR B J was first up in the same race and he hung around for third. He could beat these with a better trip. (8) MACH DEJA VU was used up early in the same mile then shuffled out of it. He is another that could do much better here. (6) DREAMY FELLA should be closing late for a small piece of this. Race 5 (2) MUCH ADOO goes for trainer Waxman here in a class where she stands a good chance of leading throughout; top call. (6) LIGHTS GO OUT is sharp and she drops a level here. Look for her late. (8) RIDE AWAY SHARK also drops one level and she could be a threat racing near the front here. (1) KIWI FOCUS N is always a threat it seems, but she will have competition for the front early here which likely means a smaller share is her ceiling vs. these. Race 6 (6) DANCER HALL is one of three that changes barns here that look interesting. He needn't improve much to take these. (3) HEAD TURNING JAG is racing well and his closing burst will get him a win soon. (9) BUCKETLIST HANOVER debuts in the Baillargeon barn here and he is likely to be a factor right away. (8) MUSCLE HIGH is another that switches barns that has to be respected. Race 7 (4) BEACH BOOGIE faces much tougher here, but he could be this good. I'll stick with him. (2) MUSSELSFRMBRUSSELS comes off an upset win in this class, but he could get a similarly-good trip here; using. (1) CHAMPAGNE PHIL is another who could get a decent trip here and he should make the Super ticket, at least. (7) VELOCITY DRIVEN is on top of his game and he may be ranked a bit low here, but post could hurt him. Race 8 (1) YO YO MASS had his win streak stopped last time in a race that featured several lead changes. He can bounce back here in a race where there should be less action. (8) WILL TAKE CHARGE missed a week, but, he is dangerous in his current form. (5) JANGONE could fall into a great following trip here if she stays flat this time. (4) LEXUS ROCKY can close for a share again here. Race 9 (1) EASY LOVER HANOVER was picked off late last time, but he had missed three weeks then. Coming back in a week here, he should handle these. (7) PHEONIX WARRIOR N wasn't bad in his first start in this top class last week. I'll use him at a price to complete the exacta here. (6) JINS SHARK should be closing down the lane for a smaller share. (2) NIRVANA SEELSTER missed three weeks and he will likely be over bet here. I'll try to beat him out of the Tri. Race 10 (9) WAASMULA races in the lowest class yet making her 4th start off the shelf. Expect an aggressive Henry steer here. (6) P L HURRICANE also drops and she is another who should get put into action early. (8) LYONS RIVER PRIDE is yet another dropper that should be looking for a spot near the front early. She can stick around for a share. (3) SHUTTHEFRONTDOOR should get plenty of early speed to chase here. She should make the Super, at least.
