Race 4 - $50,000 Guaranteed Pick Four Pool

Best Bet: NICKLE BAG (8th)

Spot Play: HIT AND GIGGLE A (3rd)

 

Race 1 

(2) NOWUCIT NOWUDONT has been letter perfect since arriving back in the Per Henriksen barn three starts ago. (7) WINDSUN REVENGE has stashed away $100K this season and hasn’t missed the board in each of his last six starts. (3) FORK draws inside this week and has been much better in his last two since dropping down in class.

Race 2 

(7) THEPANINSULAHOTEL has well over $550K of back class and can’t be overlooked while racing in this class. (5) ADKINS HANOVER comes from the Richard Moreau barn, draws in the middle of the gate and was a winner two back impressively by open lengths. (2) WARRAWEE NEWTON draws much better this week and now finds himself down in class and facing an easier field for trainer/owner Ed Laybourne.

Race 3 

(6) HIT AND GIGGLE A certainly has the speed for this field after tasting defeat as the favorite last week at a higher level. (2) MCCEDES gets major post relief this week after a post 10 start last week and the back-class veteran has been racing much better since arriving in the Carmen Auciello barn two starts back. (4) F TWENTY TWO overcame post nine last week to finish third impressively.

Race 4 

(5) SOMEWHERE FANCY was an impressive winner last week in this class at 19-1 and will offer a fraction of that price this evening. (10) REGAL SON has been racing terrific since entering the Don Lindsey barn five starts back following a private purchase. (7) BILBO HANOVER has hit the board in each of his last three starts, comes from a high percentage trainer in Mike Brealey and enjoys racing off-the-pace.

Race 5 

(4) SUNNY BEACH DAY was a winner in his latest in the second start for trainer Richard Moreau. (1) JOSHUA BY BOY draws the rail and finished a game third last week in this class at 13-1. (7) REAL ROCKER has been a fringe player as of late and is capable of stepping up and being apart of the triactor.

Race 6 

(1) REAL ROCKER has been a fringe player as of late and is capable of stepping up. (2) BULLET POINT draws inside this week after a pair of outside post positions. (10) RUBIS PRESCOTT comes from a high percentage trainer in Dean Nixon and the pacing miss has found the wire in two of her last three starts.

Race 7 

(3) BODY BALANCE makes his way into the Chantal Mitchell barn and the son of Yankee Glide draws much better this week in the same class. (6) J CS JAKE has been a frequent threat while racing in this class and the son of Amigo Hall finished a game second last week, timed in 1:54 4/5. (4) DONCANGO will debut for new connections this evening as the son of Donato Hanover makes his way into the Ben Baillargeon barn.

Race 8 

(9) NICKLE BAG has been the picture of consistency this season for trainer Shawn Robinson as the son of Rocknroll Hanover hasn’t missed the board in his last 10 starts. (5) DAPPER DUDE comes from the Hall of Famer Bob McIntosh and can’t be overlooked while racing in this class. (7) CALGARY SEELSTER has been exceptional as of late and couldn’t be racing much better for trainer Andrew McCabe.

Race 9 

(3) RECKON IM READY has been racing at his best in recent weeks since arriving in the Baillargeon barn. (9) MMS LUCKY BOY has been very well known for his closing speed, but will need to overcome post nine. (8) BURNIN MONEY has well over $300K of back class to offer and raced much better last week in this class.

Race 10 

(7) ALEXIE MATTOSIE recently surpassed $1 million in career earnings and now drops in class for trainer Don Lindsey. (1) DONAU draws the rail and comes from the Carmen Auciello barn. (2) AMERICAN GI draws inside and has all kinds of speed to offer. He also hails from the Marty Fine barn and finished fourth last week at a higher level with a :27 final frame.

Race 11 

(3) FOUR BOYS is fresh off an open length romp in the debut for trainer Joe Cirasuola last week. (1) A BOY NAMED SUUZZ finally draws an inside post after a trio of outside post positions. (5) THEY CALL ME GORDY is fresh off a win and will debut for new trainer Tony O’Sullivan on this occasion.
