The short field helps here and McClure returns for a second drive; top call. (1) A BOY NAMED SUUUZZ goes for Moreau/Roy off the claim and they continue to run hot. He's one you need on Pick 5 tickets. (4) CASIMIR OVERDRIVE set solid fractions while winning, was claimed now gets McNair. He's the third one I'll use in the Pick 5 here. (5) NEEDLECREST is interesting going for trainer Montini off the claim, but, I'll use him underneath this time. Race 2 (7) UF BETTORS HANOVER powered home to a sharp win last time and he has the best late speed in here. He need only be in striking range turning for home to repeat. (3) EVASIVE CARD SHARK looked a winner at the top of the stretch, but he tired very late and was overtaken by the choice and one other rival. He is a speed threat again. (1) REIKI is interesting in that he won racing off the claim for Marfisi on Thursday and he gets McNair here; using. (2) SENIOR MARKET is a good one to use underneath as he can get good position early and stick around for a slice. Race 3 (1) NATURAL KEMP is on a roll for Moreau - as is most of his barn - and he looks like a Pick 5 single here. (2) MEADOWBROOKCHARLIE raced better last week and he should be an exacta factor here. (6) O NARUTAC PERFETTO was closing on the choice last time, but he was too late as often happens with him. I'll use underneath. (4) PEPE DI JESOLO can take a small share following along near the front. Race 4 (9) CROCODILE CANYON lands in a spot where the lead figures to be disputed early. I'll give him the nod to end (4) REGIL TIGER'S win streak at five, but use both in multi-race bets. (8) BUGATTI has upset possibilities coming up tagged here off a couple of decent efforts in conditioned races. (2) SENOR GRANDE - claimed three times straight - figures to get a much better trip here moving inside 8 post positions and he can threaten with the right trip. Race 5 (5) FREE WILLY HANOVER gets to drop several classes here and he gets a good post to work from; no excuses. (3) POP I missed some time, but he is unbeaten for Moreau and I'll use him here in a spot where he figures. (9) CATCH THE DREAM drops from the top class and he could get put into this race earlier than he has been. He is a threat at this level. (2) JANGONE is always closing, but in her past two starts, the winners were long gone on the lead at the top of the stretch. She could take this with the right setup. Race 6 (2) HES A SENSATION has been showing the signs recently and he gets to drop to the bottom conditioned level here vs. six rivals that he should handle. (1) DEEPFAVE HANOVER closed in 28 flat last time without threatening the winner, but he rates highly in this field, and the connections are too hot to leave out in most races. (3) SPEEDLING can be closer here in a race that figures to have slower fractions. (5) LUKE AND DUKE is always closing, but usually too late. I'll use him underneath. Race 7 (6) MATRONA raced okay last week and she looked live in the stretch, but she was too far back to do any damage. She gets Christoforou here for her second start back, which is the exact same move that worked for these connections on Thursday night with Moni Justice ($17), who was an easy winner; top call.  (3) SICARIO is the one to beat coming off an easy win, but he did trip out that day. (5) HIGHLAND DYNAMITE was one of many that have been sent down the road by Roy recently and he is a Pick-4 must-use here. (7) KUIL DEVA finally took her second win, but these are tougher and I expect she will close belatedly in this spot. Race 8 (6) SUNDAY POKER goes back to Weller here and two starts back he raced out of his skin for that barn then was claimed. I'll give him the nod. (9) JENKINS CREEK raced for the Moreau barn for one start, on January 29th, and he was an easy winner. This is start #2 and he is sure to be put into play early. (1) SHIPPEN OUT is in solid form, but he tends to be win shy; your call. (8) LISVINNIE is always around the money at this level, but a smaller share seems likely for him here. Race 9 (3) KAMERAN HANOVER was never close enough to mount a winning bid in his comeback race, but he should be tighter now and he can beat these with a more aggressive try. (7) MIGHTY NICKY parlayed a perfect steer by J Mac into a win, but he fits here, and he may get another nice trip; using. (5) FRENCH BASTILLE and (4) WESMONT look best of the rest and are good ones to use on the bottom of Tris and Supers. Race 10 (9) BRANDONS GLORY was never put into the race last week, but he did close well and if he gets put into play earlier here, he can take these. (3) J J MYSTIC STORM improved sharply off the claim and he is one that merits Pick 4 inclusion here. (7) PRINCE GIOVANNI raced well off the Waxman claim and he is another that could take this with the right setup. (2) KWICKY KWANZAA is turning into a bit of a fringe player and he should take a slice here, but is unlikely to threaten for the win. (4) KINGSLEY B has a similar profile and is best used to round out Tris, Supers and Pentafectas. [DRF HARNESS NEWSLETTER: Sign Up for the FREE DRF Harness Newsletter.
