(2) ITS A BIG SECRET has that monster mile with Filion driving on September 25th still on his PPs and he could upset with a well-timed move here. (7) OFORPETESAKE never misses the top three racing at this level it seems; consider for exotics. (8) APHRO STAR is another that always seems to be a threat in this class but post does him no favor here. Race 2 (2) WILD AND CRAZY GUY takes a big drop following a decent effort and he should be tough in here. (7) CUE HALL also drops and his speed should put him in the race here. (6) RAMAS LAST SON improved last time when he got his favorite driver back. I'll use him in the Pick 5. (3) BURNIN MONEY can share at this level. Race 3 (4) PARKHILL NONSTOP can be very headstrong at times, but Pat Hudon seems to have him coming around now and he gets a better post here; slight nod. (6) LADY GREY should show her customary early speed here and she will likely be the one to catch. (9) MR SHANAHAN is solid when he stays flat and he merits Pick 5 inclusion here. (1) BURLINGTON can close for a smaller share. Race 4 (5) THE BIG BEAST is clearly a different horse with McNair driving; call to repeat. (6) DOWN ON MY LUCK is in sharp form and he may work out a great trip here near the front; using. (7) GOTAMEETING is another who should be forwardly-placed that can win with a trip. (3) ROCKIN RONNIE is another that can't be discounted, although all if the speed to his right likely works against him here. Race 5 (4) HURRICANE BEACH was good enough earlier in the year to take a mark of 1:50 3/5. Exiting the Breeders Crown elimination he will get pounded, but he should handle these. (3) ROLLAROUNDTHEWORLD can sit a great pocket trip here if he blasts off the gate with the choice, and if he does, he has a shot to upset. (1) PREPPY ART races great for McNair which makes him useable here. (5) D J POWER should close late for another slice. Race 6 (9) ANDOVERS CHOICE improved sharply in his second start out of Shepherd's barn; call to repeat. (7) LODI DORIAN BLUES took a ton of action in both Woodbine starts and he raced much better last week; using. (1) JUSTCALLMERONALD comes up tagged here off a conditioned win at Flamboro and he can make the ticket. (10) SUMMIT CITY TURBO is worth a look for the bottom of the exotics at a big price also coming up tagged in this spot. Race 7 In what looks like the widest-open race on the card, I will give a slight nod to class-dropping (3) MR CARROTTS. (2) EVASIVE CARD SHARK should be able to work out a good trip near the front and he is one I will use in the Pick 4's. (4) HIGHLANDBEACHYCOVE is capable of better than he has been showing and perhaps the early speed he has been displaying is a sign of impending improvement. (10) BUGGER BRUISER rarely wins, but he could hit the ticket with a good start here. Race 8 (3) STIRLING BOUDICA - as expected - was overbet last week which may have played into the strategy to move early and she was caught late. She may be better closing and could revert to that style and win here. (8) AMICUS goes for three straight wins off the claim and he is hard to leave out here. (7) NORTHERN STORMONT was better last week and he can be dangerous here if he is in range turning for home. (1) MEGO MOSS can take another share here racing near the front. Race 9 (6) LISVINNIE came from an impossible spot last week and still just missed. He can take this if he stays closer early. (5) ROCKABELLA held on to beat the choice and he fits this class well. I'll use him in the late Pick 4. (9) SKY GUY is a threat to lead all the way off the Auciello claim. (8) BRINGHOME THEBLUE faces a similar scenario to last week if he tries to leave here; small share predicted. Race 10 (5) J J MYSTIC STORM gets a better post to work with here and he could wake up at a big price in a race where very few have any kind of form. (1) INDEPENDENT SPIRIT is 0 for 31, but he raced well in a claiming handicap now he moves to a conditioned claimer. I'll use him in the late Pick 4. (6) IDOLE DUHARAS moves into Vanderkemp's barn and also drops from a claiming handicap. He could be very tough here.
