Woodbine Harness: Horses to watch from Jan. 30 - Jan. 31

Friday, January 30

D GS PESQUERO (NW115000FM) wired the field leaving plenty in the tank for a repeat performance.

TWIGGYS TWICK (NW3) was in the pocket with broken equipment and could not get it going in the lane. Deserves a look in next.

CONVERSATION BOY (NW2) brushed and crushed in last. Sharp barn, sharp horse indicates another win on the horizon.

BROADWAY PRINCE (NW4000) was antsy in the pocket, rallied all out to the wire but was proven second best.

GIVENUPDREAMING (NW2) put in a game, parked forever uncovered effort in last and did not go meekly in the lane. A better trip can be all it takes.

Saturday, January 31

URBANA BAYAMA (NW3) beaten favorite went down the road to the late stages before running out of gas over a tiring track.

SIX BAX (NW8000) set a good clip and gutted out second over a tiring track losing at the wire to the late closing favorite.

COUGAR HALL (NW12000) was the only pacesetter to earn a win last time out with just a few taps nearing the wire to keep his mind on the task.

TOUCH OF LIGHTNING (NW7000) was nailed on the wire in game down the road effort in last.
