Woodbine Harness: Horses to watch from December 19 - December 20

Thursday, December 19

TURBO DONATO (NW2) Trotted up a storm in strong uncovered foe-crusher in last and seems more than capable of another victory.

GUNGA WIN (CLM15000) Went down the road in game effort over a tiring track only to fall a little short at the end. Give beaten favorite another shot.

MAKE SOME MEMORIES (NW1/2-3YOF) Put in a solid performance in last only to be nipped at the wire by a 80-1 moonshot that came from out of the clouds.

LOKI DE VIE (NW2) Was parked a long way to the lead, set a pressed pace, put away the challenger and drew off in game front stepping victory over a track not favoring pacesetters in last and should score again.

STONEBRIDGE CLASSY (NW2/2-3YOF) Had all the worst of it in last gettting parked for the mile. Challenged uncovered the middle half before tiring by the lane and a better trip should get this one a better check.

Friday, December 20

ORDER BY COMMANDER (NW2) Followed wide passing the third panel, tipped wider, hit overdrive early stretch and appeared set to gobble them all but made a speed break.

CALL IT COURAGE (NW2FM) Put in a brave uncovered trip in last at 32-1, put a nose in front nearing the wire, held off the late bid of the 135-1 closer but was nailed by the 68-1 winner.

TRYS LITTLE PRINCE (VALEDICTORY) Granted he had the pocket trip but he rallied gamely all the way home at 71-1 keeping the winner under a drive to the wire.

J CS JAKE (NW2) Made a strong brush coming to the half, took the lead, opened up a couple but was unable to stall the favored winner in game effort.
