Email

Thursday, April 2

GREYSTONE MOE (CLMHCP15/20000) was first to pull as the field walked to the half, rushed up uncovered, pressed the pacesetter all the way to the last steps before giving it up. This one can get it done with the right trip.

ARRAKIS (NW1) beaten favorite was off stride as the race start and far back at the quarter and the half, began to rally, came wide from the back of the pack in the lane and charged home but had too far to come.

FRANNEY LOVE DAT (NW1FM) put in a game uncovered bid but was outkicked by the tripped-out pocket sitter.

WIZARD OF OSNEY (NW2) had everything but room in the stretch. Will win next time out.

SHOPSMAGICWAND (NW2) skipped a step or two at the start, settled and made a long, long grind to the top, met pressure and tired. Needs to stay flat and shold find a winning spot soon.

Friday, April 3

DOUBLE JOY (NW3FM) was not as bad as last line looks. Got stuck in heavy duty traffic and had no shot backing up behind a wall.

MICHAELS TURN (NW2) stormed home, won going away and seemed to have plenty left.

MURRAYFIELD (NW4FM) left, tucked, sat in, had tons of traffic in the lane, managed to edge clear nearing the wire and finish full of pace.

HER NAME IS LOLA (NW4) put in a good uncovered effort in last and tired late. Beaten favorite cant atone with right trip.

STUARTS DYNASTY (NW3) beaten favorite came wide in the final turn to clear stalled traffic, rallied all out to the last step but could not get there. Should not be overlooked or ignored as he seeks atonement in next.

Saturday, April 4

MACHET ROCKET (NW10000FM) put in a good down the road effort over a tiring track at 54-1 and was outkicked by only the odds-on favorite.

DAYLON MAGICIAN (PRFHCP) tucked early, pulled to the half, ranged up uncovered, hit the pedal mid lane and won going away.

ADVERSARY SEELSTER (NW5700) sat in, got shuffled when the lead changed, rallied well but too late.

CHARLIE IS A JOKER (NW15000) rallied determinedly through the lane in last it was too late.

APPRENTICE HANOVER (PRF) was moving best at the wire but had hit his stride a step too late. Beaten favorite will be hard to beat in next.

Monday, April 6

TOP DOLLAR (NW1) charged home powerfully to win going away and seems to have a solid chance to repeat.

HARBOR PLACE (NW2) put in a strong late closing effort from far back to get up for 2nd in last out.

COVERT OPERATIVE (NW2) brushed and crushed in last winning as quite the best.

CLOSING CREDITS (NW2000) put in a solid down the road effort in last at 36-1 and will not be overlooked in next.
