(3) BEACH GODDESS was already starting to gap the winner's cover when she broke last week, but she is capable of big speed with no notice. If she stays flat she should make the ticket here. (1) VILLAGE JAMIE should get a good following trip here; consider using underneath. Race 2 (4) MEGO MOSS was driven more aggressively as expected last week and he won easily. This field looks a bit tougher, but he can repeat if he brings that race again. (5) ZEUS LIGHTNING won for the first time since October 2016 last time, but he has done well at this level since resurfacing and he fits here again. (2) NATURAL KEMP showed nothing when favored last time, but dropping into a claimer could wake him up here. (1) ROSE RUN SPEEDSTER improved last time and he could crash the exotics at a decent price here. Race 3 (2) HERESTOJESSICA goes for the potent Marfisi/McNair combo off the claim here and she took her life's mark here about a year ago. I'll take a swing here. (4) E R RHONDA couldn't stay with the big chalk late last time, but she raced well and she rates highly here; using. (6) HP PANDORA drops back to where she fits better and she can pass many of these in the back half to take a slice. (7) KINDA LIKE HER dodges the white-hot Jordies Hope here. She can enter contention vs. these. Race 4 (6) HUMBOLDT had the misfortune of coming up against a horse last time that was monstrous twice in 4 days. This field is within his scope and he can take his first win of the year here. (1) OLLIESTRIKESFAME has raced well vs. a very promising colt in his last two and this may not actually be a class rise when you consider how impressive that rival has looked. Toss this gelding on Pick 4 tickets. (4) SHADOW OF LINDY races better from the pocket and if Jamieson can get him to cover him up early, he can win this. (3) XPERT BAYAMA moves in several posts and is useable in the exotics here. Race 5 (7) DONTBRUISECARRIE won at a higher class about a month ago so expect a full assault early; top call. (10) THE TIME TO WIN looked like a completely different horse last week. She should make an impact even starting from post 10 if she repeats that effort. (9) DANCING SHADOWS K flashed a quick final 1/4 last time which may indicate a wake up effort is imminent. I'll use her here at a price. (2) CALL IT COURAGE could trip out with the main contenders lined up outside; using. Race 6 (3) BERNADETTE may have sorted some things out judging by the way she finished in her qualifier. I'll give her the nod. (2) NAUGHTY LADY B got McNair and together they aired. This duo is a big threat right back. (6) WHISTYS PARADISE takes a bug class plunge here, but, she is typically trip-dependent, so it's hard to accept a low price on her. (1) PRETTY HOT is logical to get a good following trip and hit the ticket. Race 7 (6) CLOUD NINE HANOVER couldn't reach a tough winner last time, but he raced gamely uncovered and he gets my top call here. (2) NORTHERN STORMONT was qualified by Roy and he sticks with him here. Maybe they will turn things around here. (5) BURNIN MONEY finished behind the choice last time and he is likely to take a smaller share again. (4) SEVERUS HANOVER can be a speed threat here and he wouldn't be the worst gamble if he were double digit odds at post time. Race 8 (7) CIRCLE THE PAGE faces easier here and you have to think that she will get put into play earlier this time; top call. (1) PARTY BEACH has been impressive so far as a four-year-old and she figures prominently here. (2) AMERICAN SARA can contend if ready, but she may need one. I'll use underneath. (6) CHICKIE LOVE gets an acid test here and I think she'll find the top ones too tough. Race 9 (7) WITCH DALI draws inside two of her main foes here and maybe it's her turn to beat her stablemate. (6) EXHILARATED has never been hotter. She's hard to leave off Pick 4 tickets despite the class rise. (9) MS MAC N CHEESE has won three straight in this class but had good trips every time. Post may do her in here. (8) P L HURRICANE is in solid form and she's another that could take this with the right trip. Race 10 (5) SODWANA BAY should get a better setup here and she can notch a mild upset vs. this group. (1) JORDIES HOPE is white-hot and impossible to leave out at this point. (4) TEN CARAT is another that could get a better trip here, so I'll use her in the Pick 4. (3) LARJON LACHLAN rarely misses the top four and she should trip well near the front here.
