Wing joins DRF as advertising director

Daily Racing Form has hired Eric Wing to the newly created role of advertising director. Wing will work with racetracks and wagering partners across the country and will be based at DRF's headquarters in New York.

Wing has more than 15 years of experience in Thoroughbred racing and most recently served as director of communications and media relations at the New York Racing Association from May 2013 to May 2014. He also was senior director of media relations at the National Thoroughbred Racing Association from 1999 to 2013 after more than a decade as a senior staff editor at Reader's Digest.

“We are thrilled to welcome Eric to Daily Racing Form,” said John Hartig, DRF’s chairman and chief executive. “His reputation and deep industry relationships will be instrumental as we continue to deliver new product offerings to our ever-growing client base. Racetracks have seen the benefit of DRF's increased offerings, and we believe we present the highest-quality platforms to drive handle and new fan growth for our racing partners."

Maybe you should hire somebody that can fix this site . As a paying customer I would like to see an article when I click on it instead of THIS PAGE CAN"T BE DISPLAYED !!! John Hartig should quit writing phony apologies and get to work fixing this broken company that has no respect for the paying customers .

Perhaps Mr. Wing can stop the endless ads for drf+ that I have to endure or close after I've logged in as a subscriber...

I dread coming and having to endlessly turn off these ugly pop-ups - I purposely will not even read them.
