Unbridled's Song fee now $200K

Unbridled's Song, the sire of nine stakes winners in 2006, will stand for $200,000 in 2007, up from $150,000 this year, according to the Lexington, Ky., farm where he stands, Taylor Made.

Unbridled's Song is one of three stallions at Taylor Made who will stand for higher stud fees in 2007. Forestry, the sire of top 3-year-old Discreet Cat and seven other 2006 stakes winners, will stand for $125,000 in 2007, up from $100,000, and Officer, the second-leading freshman sire this year, will stand for $40,000, up from $15,000 this year. Officer stood at Gainesway this year but was moved to Taylor Made for the 2007 breeding season after Taylor Made purchased a share in him.

* Walmac International has announced that two of its stallions would have significantly higher stud fees in 2007. Songandaprayer, the sire of four stakes winners in 2006, will stand for $45,000 next year, up from $35,000, and Successful Appeal, the top freshman sire for 2004, will stand for $40,000 in 2007, up from $25,000.
