Two-day pick six carryover of $134,344 at Aqueduct

OZONE PARK, N.Y. - For the second time this week, there will be a two-day pick six carryover at Aqueduct.

The wager went unhit Thursday and Friday, resulting in a carryover of $134,344 into Saturday’s nine-race program at the Big A. First post at Aqueduct is 12:20 p.m. Eastern and the pick six starts in race 4, which goes off at 1:50 p.m.

The pick six went unhit last weekend, resulting in a two-day carryover of $123,347 into Wednesday’s card.

Two of the six races in Friday’s pick six sequence were won by the longest shot on the board, starting with King Dublin ($44) in race 6 and Taoiseach ($101.50) in race 7. After Willet ($16.60) won the eighth race, there were no live pick six tickets remaining.

Loose Money ($11.40) won the finale and those who had four of six were rewarded with a $634 payout.

Saturday’s sequence is comprised primarily of two-turn races, including the $100,000 Bay Ridge Stakes for New York-bred fillies and mares going 1 1/16 miles. The sequence concludes with a New York-bred maiden sprint that drew a field of 11, five of whom are first-time starters.
