Was going a distance that is too far for him two back, and couldn't keep up with a fast pace last time. Is getting needed class relief. 9-2 on ML --- Race 5: Aveenu Malcainu (#3) Finished strongly after making a prolonged, wide move from midpack in his debut. Is bred to stretch out in difference. The third-place finisher in his debut returned to win with an improved speed figure in his next start. 7-2 on ML --- Race 6: New Canaan (#5) Was running on well late after enduring a wide trip in his debut. Is bred to improve with added distance. Linda Rice gets a 100 Trainer Rating with horses running back in 11 to 19 days. 7-2 on ML --- Race 10: Minsky Moment (#7) Proved that he handled the distance in his deceptively strong performance last time. The main track was strongly favoring inside speed in that last race, and he went three-wide around both turns.
