LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Three interesting allowances highlight Thursday’s 10-race card at Churchill Downs.

The first is the sixth race, a third-level allowance going six furlongs, in which Put Da Blame On Me, the beaten favorite when sixth in the Grade 3 Groupie Doll, is cutting back from a mile to six furlongs and takes on a field in which four of her five foes have either won or placed in stakes.

In race 8, a couple of quick maiden winners in New York this summer, Spectre Bond and Behavioral Bias, square off in a first-level allowance going 6 1/2 furlongs. Spectre Bond, who ran a 100 Beyer Speed Figure in winning June 24 at Belmont in her only start, battles the more seasoned Behavioral Bias, who ran second in an allowance Sept. 15 at Churchill after winning his maiden in his fourth race Aug. 5 at Saratoga.

The deepest of the three allowances is the ninth race, a 1 3/8-mile turf contest for second-level runners that attracted Camp Creek from Woodbine. He won the Breeders’ Stakes, the final leg of the Canadian Triple Crown, last year at 3.
