Teaks North, a two-time Grade 1 winner and millionaire, is one of several accomplished horses entered in the new Fasig-Tipton summer selected horses of racing age sale.

The catalog for the inaugural Fasig-Tipton Kentucky summer selected horses of racing age sale is now available online. The catalog features 69 entries, headlined by Grade 1 winners Teaks North and Jaycito, with the potential for more to come.

The sale will take place immediately following the Fasig-Tipton Kentucky July sale of selected yearlings on July 15 at the auction company’s Newtown Paddocks headquarters in Lexington, Ky. The yearling sale features a catalog of 258 horses and is set to begin at 10 a.m. Eastern.

The horses of racing age catalog will be online-only until the day of the auction, when print editions will be available on the sale grounds. Because of this, entries may be accepted up to about a week until the sale, meaning the number of horses slated to go through the ring could increase. Potential buyers may sign up for email alerts on the Fasig-Tipton website to receive updates on horses added to the sale, as well as any updated racing and training information.

A diverse sampling of offerings can be found in the catalog, from unraced 3-year-olds and winning juveniles to older horses with Grade 1 wins on their résumés. In total, 11 of the horses entered in the sale have won at least one graded or listed stakes race.

The sale’s roster is highlighted by the aforementioned Teaks North, winner of the 2011 United Nations and Gulfstream Park Turf; and Jaycito, the 2010 Norfolk winner. Another key entry is Fusaichiswonderful, a multiple stakes winner in Puerto Rico who shipped to the U.S. for 2013. She has won the listed Primal Force and placed in the Grade 3 Eight Belles and Victory Ride in her last three starts

Other horses cataloged with standout victories on their résumés include Grade 2 winners Ciao Bella Luna and Soul Warrior, as well as stakes winners Belief System, Candyman E, Lulu Wong, Shimmering Moment, Sweet Cassiopeia, and Unstoppable U.

Can't Zayat do better for this horse than the sale ring?? Guess he isn't adored by Zayat like Paytner. Private sale maybe, second career, deserves that much. Good luck Jaycito, always pulled for you.

I guess Zayat does not "love" Jaycito as much as he does Paynter.....LMAO you cannot make this stuff up.
