Sunday Stakes roundup

In other Sunday stakes:

* Secret Launch outran second choice I'madrifter for the early advantage, then staved off a bid from his heavily favored stablemate, Crowning Meeting, to score by a half-length in Sunday's $75,000 Budweiser Emerald Handicap at Emerald Downs.

* Kentucky invader Moon Solitaire tracked the early pace and took control in the stretch en route to a comfortable score in the Grade 2, $324,700 King Edward Breeders' Cup Handicap at Woodbine. Quiet Resolve finished second with No Comprende another head back in third.

* Sarah Jade, trained by Hugh Roberston, ran to her odds-on support to win the $40,000 Canterbury Oaks by eight lengths Sunday. Gist finished second by a half-length over Don't Countess Out, who ran third.

* Double Dreamin Deb used a little luck and a patient ride by Dan Beck to score a half-length win in the $13,125 Matchmaker Handicap for older Nebraska-bred fillies and mares. Beck tucked Double Dreamin Deb behind the early pace set by Sandpit Dancer and waited for room to open up along the rail through the far turn. Longshot Gary's Speedy Miss rallied on the outside to be second, a neck in front of Sandpit Dancer in third.

* Falbrav defeated Narrative by three lengths in the Group 1 Gran Premio di Milano, at San Siro, Milan, on Sunday. Hawkeye finished another seven lengths back in third. Frankie Dettori sent Narrative six lengths clear at a fast clip in the 2,400-meter race. He was not threatend until Falbrav moved from fourth to second 500 yards from home. Dario Vargiu drove Falbrav into the lead inside the final furlong.
