Sunday stakes recaps (7/30/06)


* Gouldings Green ($3.60), ridden by Corey Lanerie for trainer Tony Reinstedler, scored by 2 1/4 lengths over Ever So Free in the Grade 3, $151,600 Chinese Cultural Centre Seagram Cup Stakes at Woodbine.

* Bovell Road ($17.40) wore down the 2-5 favorite, She's Roughin It, to win the $60,000 Colleen Stakes for fillies at Monmouth Park by three-quarters of a length.

* Native Ruler ($5.40) held off Timely Encounter by a neck, with Dillon Said just a nose behind the runner-up, to win the $64,200 Chenery Stakes at Colonial Downs.

* Court's in Session ($15.60) upset odds-on favorite Stone Rain by 1 1/4 lengths in the $54,500 Ernest Finley Handicap at the Sonoma County Fair.

* Littlebitabling ($4) dominated the $40,000 Tah Dah Stakes for Ohio-bred 2 year-old fillies at River Downs, drawing away away in the stretch to win by 3 3/4 lengths. Looks the Part held second by a neck over Reapingtherewards.
