The stallion Snow Ridge has been relocated from Pennsylvania to Texas to stand at Bradford Thoroughbred Farm in Palestine, the Texas Thoroughbred Association announced on Tuesday. His fee has been set at $2,500.

Snow Ridge, whose biggest wins came in the Grade 1 San Carlos Handicap, the Grade 2 Kentucky Cup Sprint, and the Grade 2 Palos Verdes Handicap, is a 13-year-old son of Tabasco Cat.

He ranked among the leading stallions in Pennsylvania last year with progeny earnings of $1.76 million. Overall, the offspring of Snow Ridge have earned more than $7 million on the track.

Snow Ridge is out of the Woodman mare Snow Forest, who was Group 3-placed. He will be part of a Bradford stallion battery that includes Day of the Cat, a half-brother to champion Chilukki by Storm Cat, and Etesaal, a stakes winner by Danzig. Those stallions will each stand for a fee of $1,500.
