NOTABLE WORKOUT INFORMATION:

Analysis:  MUSICSETSMEFREE bobbled after breaking very quickly in her career debut, and then was caught up in a pace battle with the eventual winner, favored Silver Shoes.  She should move forward with that experience under her girth, and looms a strong pace factor for barn that shows good stats with second-out juveniles.
FAIR LADY OLIVIA shows excellent workouts for underrated debut barn, and she blazed a furlong in 10 seconds flat prior to selling for $30,000 earlier this year.  She wouldn't be a surprise.
SUGAR TRADE goes out for a promising young sire, and needn't be racing's next superstar to contend in this heat.  She may be compromised by the inside post.
SMOKE AFTER SIX gets a major rider switch after racing greenly in her career debut.  She needs to make up three lengths on Musicsetsthemfree, however.  DREAM TRAIN is a late foal that should benefit from experience.  NOTABLY MADE hasn't done much in two tries.  ROGUE'S JEWEL boasts a solid pedigree and some quick workouts.  She isn't out of this given an alert break

NOTABLE WORKOUT INFORMATION:  Worked 1 furlong in 11.0 prior to the February auction;

Analysis:  Trainer Chad Brown sent out Maram to kickstart her undefeated 2008 campaign with a debut win at Saratoga, and he may have another talented turf female in KID KATE, a $55,000 buyback by Lemon Drop Kid.  The last two workouts look sharp.
IT'SMYBURTDAY is by an excellent turf sire, and she should be ready to rumble for her debut as she's been consistently on the worktab since early May.
ALWAYSINMYDREAMS showed high speed in her career debut, and tired like she may have needed the race.  She'll offer good value for low-profile, but solid outfit, and should show early foot once again.
KEY QUALITY disappointed as the favorite in her career debut, but this barn excels with second-time juveniles.  Expect an improved showing here.
JILL'S KITTEN pressed the pace before faltering in her career debut on turf at Belmont.  She needs to improve here. WHYDAH heads the Todd Pletcher-trained entry, and the barn's main rider picks this one over entrymate CAMINADORA.  SARATOGA FLING may do better with one or two under her belt.  JUST PARKER draws a tough inside post.  READY TO PARTY has some speed in the pedigree, and the barn does well with debut types.  TACONIC VICTORY and TRIBECA may improve with distance and experience, respectively.

Selections:  1.  Kid Kate  2.  It'smyburtday  3.  Alwaysinmydreams

The Play:  Kid Kate to Win and Place at 9-2 odds or greater (turf only)

Meet record based on starts, wins, top pick (after scratches) in the money, and profit/loss of that day's play ($2 wager): 5-1-3 (- $4.70)
