Single-ticket jackpot carryover at $561,826

ARCADIA, Calif. - One ticketholder nearly collected a massive payoff in the pick six at Santa Anita on Saturday.

Lifeline ($3.40) won the final leg, the day’s 10th race, edging 5-1 Fortune of War by a length. Had Fortune of War won, there would have been a single ticket payoff of $689,105. Instead, there were six winning tickets in the pick six worth $21,213.

There is a carryover in the single-ticket jackpot for Sunday of $561,826.

The winners of Saturday’s pick six races were Princess Ashlyn ($4.20), The Street Fighter ($21.20), Little Bit Lovely ($17.80), Collected ($6.40), Candy Promises ($10.40) and Lifeline.

Princess Ashlyn and Lifeline were favored. Consolation tickets with five winners were worth $128.80.

Saturday’s pick six began with a carryover of $534,552 in the single-ticket jackpot pool. Bettors added $238,248 on Saturday.

The single-ticket jackpot pool will be paid in the event there is a single winning ticket. The single-ticket pool has not been hit in 22 racing days since Feb. 20.
