Servis extends winning streak to eight races


John Servis won his eighth straight race dating back to March 30 when Miss Inclusive took the eighth race at Parx Racing on Tuesday.

Servis had previously gone 4 for 4 at Parx on Monday and 2 for 2 at the Bensalem, Pa., track last Saturday. On March 30, in the sixth race at Penn National, Servis finished first and fourth with Someday Jones and Poised for Action.

Servis doesn’t have another entrant until Saturday, when he will run two horses at Parx and two at Keeneland. His Saturday runners are Wherebluebirdsfly in the fifth at Parx (2:43 p.m. Eastern), Bai Bai Baby in the fifth at Keeneland (2:53), Kingslayer in the sixth at Parx (3:10), and Cathryn Sophia in the sixth at Keeneland (3:28).

Miss Inclusive won a $51,000, first-level allowance sprint at Parx on Tuesday by 1 1/4 lengths under jockey Joshua Navarro. She is 2 for 5 in her career.

Servis is 18-12-4-2 at the Parx meet, which began Feb. 27. Overall this year, he is 20 for 53 (38 percent).
