Saratoga pick six carryover at $435,380

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. - The pick six went unhit for a second straight day at Saratoga, resulting in a pick six carryover of $435,380 heading into Monday's card.

With heavy rains pelting Saratoga on Sunday, all turf races were moved to the main track and both races resulted in huge upsets. Lord Burleigh, the longest price in a five-horse field, won the fifth race paying $18.40. In the sixth, He's Bluffing won a maiden race moved to the dirt and returned $36.40. The Grade 2 Alfred G. Vanderbilt was won by the longest shot on the board Private Horde ($22), who upset 1-2 favorited Shake You Down.

Remarkably, there was one ticket that had five of six winners on Sunday, resulting in a consolation payout of $37,221.

Those handicapping Monday's card should be aware that both races scheduled for the turf - including the ninth race which is the last leg of the pick six - have been moved to the main track.
