SARATOGA PICK 3 (RACES 8-10) Race 8 Key's - Balance the Books B's - North Slope C's - None Wouldn't do much spreading here with only five betting interests; I'll either be right that BALANCE THE BOOKS is going to turn out to be better than these horses, or I'll likely be out of the Pick 3 early.  NORTH SLOPE is an interesting alternative, and may also be an acceptable price, so he's the backup in lieu of the two favorites.  Race 9 Key's - Flashy American, Lady Cohiba, Sea Island B's - None C's - None FLASHY AMERICAN is the horse to beat and I have no knocks on her, but will try to lock up the race by including her main competition SEA ISLAND and LADY COHIBA. Race 10 Key's - El Season, Sam's Buck B's - Barzini, Cytherean C's - Verne, In My Eyes Will take more coverage in the last leg, while keying on the interesting Sheppard shipper EL SEASON, and SAM'S BUCK who faced a much tougher field of $20k claimers here last week.
