Saratoga internet plays for Wednesday

We took the free money with an ultra-chalky $50 win parlay of That's Our Point ($3.30) onto Gold Like U ($3.30) on Monday, which was good for a return of $135 and a net profit of $85 (and some loose change) on the day.

Still well within range of the plus side of the ledger as Travers Week gets underway.

Hunter's Tale ran a lifetime best Beyer figure as a bankroll play on Aug. 4, but all it got him (and us) was a runner-up finish behind the undefeated Run Red Run, who runs in the Albany Stakes later on Wednesday's card.

Going first time off a claim by Joe Imperio, Hunter's Tale comes back in a similar field, only this time he doesn't have to catch anyone with the ability of Run Red Run.

The bet: $50 to win on Hunter's Tale

Total wagers previous day: $50 (parlay)
Total return previous day: $135.80
Total win/loss previous day: plus $85.80

Total wagers for meet: $1,072
Total return for meet: $818.30
Total win/loss for meet: minus $253.70
