ARCADIA, Calif. - The pick six paid $20,091 at Santa Anita on Thursday after the pool reached $928,030. Interest in the pick six was heightened by a carryover of $198,609 from Sunday.

Thursday, there were 35 perfect pick six tickets. Consolation tickets with five winners were worth $248.80.

The winners of the pick six races were Zackos My Man ($7.80), Tuckers Point ($7.60), Lilly’s Perfect ($5.20), Onna Bugeisha ($15), County Lineman ($12.40), and Divine Way ($3).

Zackos My Man was the second choice, while Tuckers Point and Onna Bugeisha were the third betting choices in their respective races. County Lineman was the fourth choice in a field of five. Lilly’s Perfect and Divine Way were favored.

Lilly’s Perfect finished second to 3-1 Born Lucky in a $25,000 claimer on the main track, but was promoted to first after the stewards ruled that Born Lucky drifted out and caused interference in the final strides.

Thursday’s pool was less than expected, but scratches and the shift of three races from turf to dirt reduced the fields. The pick six races had fields of 6, 5, 6, 5, 5, and 8 runners.
