ARCADIA, Calif. - On a day when the pool is guaranteed to reach $1 million, the pick six starts with a carryover of $185,615 at the Oak Tree at Santa Anita meeting on Sunday.

Because Sunday is the final day of the meeting, the pool must be distributed even if no one holds a ticket featuring all six winners. If that occurs, the pool will be distributed to ticketholders with five winners.

The pick six covers the sixth through 11th races on the 11-race program. First post is 11:15 a.m.

There are a few changes for the pick six races. In the sixth race, the California Cup Juvenile Fillies, Jolie Clure and Sarah's Hart are scratched.

There are no late changes in the seventh through ninth races - the Sprint, Distaff and Classic. Desert Boom, third in the Hawthorne Gold Cup, will be favored in the Classic.

In the tenth race, the $175,000 Mile, panama Lane is scratched. El Don, a stakes winner at Bay Meadows in September, is the favorite on the morning line.

The final race is a six-furlong starter handicap for horses that have started for a claiming price. There are two late scratches - Proud Louie Too and High Z. Bordonaro will be a short-priced favorite.
