Retama Park track report

Jb's Golden Regret, who won the $100,000 M2 Technology La Senorita for 2-year-old fillies at Retama, could make her next two starts at Delta Downs. Her trainer, Gilbert Ciavaglia, is mapping out a fall campaign that could focus on both the $75,000 Chargedupsycamore at seven furlongs on Nov. 4, and the $250,000 Delta Princess at one mile on Dec. 2.

"That will give us all of September to freshen her up," said Ciavaglia. "We're going to give her a little breather, probably 30 days of just light training. She has already run five times this year."

* Hello Lucky, winner of the $40,000 Lakeway here Aug. 20, could move back into graded stakes company next month, said her co-owner and trainer, Eric Guillot.

Hello Lucky is under consideration for the Grade 3, $150,000 Safely Kept for 3-year-old fillies at six furlongs at Laurel on Oct. 15. Last year, the filly was third in the Grade 1 Del Mar Debutante.

Guillot said Maryland plans will depend on how Hello Lucky regroups from a recent pulled muscle in her hip. She has been given time off since the Lakeway.

"She looks like she's about 95 percent better," said Guillot.
