No justice. Cosby could have given her a leg up and she wouldn't report him for 50 years.

Yeah! Because sexual harassment is funny! And stalking is amusing! And trolling is fun!

Now they arrest a trainer? Probably a year or two too late!!

are you people nuts or just plain stupid? this case is simply about some guy with an obsession with a woman and has nothing to do with racing. Could happen in a restaurant , banking or any other work place.

You can't tell me that every racing fan has not wanted to do this many times. We all have heard fans wish ugly things on jocks. They try their best but will make mistakes.

I think this was more of a psycho attraction scenario than anger over some bad rides. Just my guess....but if it was a case of anger over bad rides, that would be kind of funny.

You are missing the point this was a trainer STALKING a female jockey to the point where there was enough evidence under the laws of the State of Florida to support an arrest warrant which was executed. So it is no longer anything, but a criminal matter that will eventually be adjudicated by the courts.

Why wasn't Jamie Ness arrested a couple of years back when his runners were winning at 55-60% clip?
scott More than 1 year ago
because there are no rules at Tampa.... at least I assume that since i'm yet to see one enforced.

FYI there are major differences between STALKING and training horses that win races - so I am assuming that it was a "tongue-in-cheek comment.
Russell Rieckenberg More than 1 year ago
As it was tongue in cheek that he won at a 55% clip. His highest win percentage was 34%.

This is one of the dumbest comments I've ever read. Yeah, let's arrest someone who's successful. David, you have no clue. Maybe spend sometime on a backstretch and see how hard the best trainers work and how good they take care of their stock and some even know how to run horses where they belong. Look at that and then get back to me. I suppose being successful is wrong. What a joke you are.
