Remington: Three in a row for Mystery Classic

EmailMystery Classic picked up his third straight stakes win on Sunday, when he led throughout for a 1 1/4-length victory over Wheaton Home in the $50,000 Chuck Taliaferro Memorial at Remington Park. It was another 1 1/4 lengths back to Gyrovagi in third.

Mystery Classic ($6.60) covered the six furlongs in 1:09.74. Bobby Walker Jr. rode the winner for trainer Bob Schultz.

The Taliaferro score came on the heels of Mystery Classic's wins in the Brother Brown at Remington, and the Lone Star Park Sprint. He races for his breeder, John L. Pierce II.
