All DRF Online customers who purchased past performances between September 11-25 will be compensated in the form of additional racecards and extended subscription plans for the inconvenience of lost racecards and the lack of normal statistical features.

This compensation will be offered to customers with trial, daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.

Affected subscribers will receive an e-mail the week of Oct. 8 outlining the details of the compensation package.

Note: If you have not updated your account with your current e-mail address, this is needed for DRF Online to send you notification of your compensation package. To update your e-mail address:

1. Log-in to DRF.com.

2. Click on the "account" button in the upper left corner.

3. Under " edit personal information," change your e-mail address to your current address.
