Trainer wins Arabian stakes named in son's honor

Trainer Ken Danyluk won an Arapahoe Park race named in honor of his late son, United States Army Specialist Kerry Danyluk, on Friday at the Aurora, Colo., track. Kerry Danyluk died April 15 from injuries he sustained serving in Afghanistan. He was 27 and has been awarded, among other honors, the Purple Heart, according to report in Military Times.
