BROMANCE HANOVER (NW4000) had all the worst of it in last getting bothered, shuffled and buried but still managed a late rally.

MARION MANHATTAN (NW4000) was in the same race, left to the top, yielded, sat pocket and was bothered as the lead changed and the pacestter gave way, got out too late but rallied well.

ABSOLUTELY MICHAEL (CLMHCP5/7500) tucked early, got bothered by a final turn breaker, got out, set down and roared home at 11-1 leaving plenty left for next.

GOTTA LOVE HIM (NW4000) challenged the favorite uncovered a long way and was second best in game effort.

IF IT RAINS (NW5) finished full of pace from back of the pack in last and earns long look in next few outings.

Wednesday, October 1

S A LOWE (CLMHCP75/10000M) left to the top, yielded for the pocket, tipped with cover in the final turn, rallied gamely but was second best on the wire.

TOO MUCH HANOVER (CLMHCP75/10000) took the top, yielded and was shuffled, tipped in the final turn with good game rally but had a few too many steps to make up. Beaten favorite can atone in next.

SOUTHWIND TERROR (CLM15000) battled uncovered a long way on speed favoring night and was second best in game effort.

KOLT POWER (NW2/2-4YO) finished well but ran out of track. Beaten favorite is a threat to atone in next.

EVERYONES TALKIN (NW2/2-4YO) dug in gamely in down the road effort last time but could not stall the odds-on favorite.
