Pin Oak Stud in Versailles, Ky., will maintain 2011 stud fees for all but one of their stallions when the 2012 breeding season opens in mid-February.Bob and John’s fee will drop slightly, from $8,000 to $7,500. An 8-year-old Grade 1 winner by Seeking the Gold, Bob and John had his first crop of 20-year-olds on the track this year. They included Canadian stakes-winner Jon’s Golden Run.The other Pin Oak stallions and their fees are unchanged this year from their 2011 advertised levels. They are Broken Vow, $25,000; Cowboy Cal, $7,500; and Sky Classic, $10,000.
