Pick six carryover hits $648,442

DEL MAR, Calif. - A string of longshots and tricky winners on Sunday's card at Del Mar has led to a pick six carryover of $648,442 for Monday's eight-race program.

First post time on Monday is 2 p.m. and the pick six covers the third through eighth races.

Here is a glance at the late changes for Monday's pick six. The pick six features four races on dirt and two on turf.

In the third race, Isaias Enriquez replaces Rene Douglas on Peter Paul 'n Tango. The morning-line favorite in the sprint for 2-year-old maiden claimers is Swiss Sonata.

There are 10 entrants in a one-mile maiden race on turf for 2-year-old fillies in the fifth race. Royal Fupeg, who has drawn the rail, is the 2-1 morning-line favorite.

A $10,000 claimer for fillies and mares over six furlongs has drawn 10 starters in the fifth race. There are no late changes in a race led by Reasonably Brite and Kissy Kat.

The sixth race is a one-mile starter allowance. Of the nine runners, there will be plenty of support for Will (3-1 on the morning-line), Vote (7-2), and Sunrise Event (9-2)

Gathering Storm, third in a minor stakes at Hollywood Park earlier this summer, will be favored in the seventh race, an allowance race over five furlongs on turf. She starts from the rail in a race limited to eight starters.

The final race of the day is a maiden race for 2-year-old California-breds. Hokulani, who drew the rail, is the 5-2 morning-line favorite. Trailer Queen and Shaggy Mane are other leading contenders.
