Penn National track report

A Spring Handicappers' Challenge, with total cash prizes estimated at $10,000 to go to the top 10 finishers, will be held on May 8 at Penn National Race Course.

Contestants will pay a $100 entry fee, plus put up an additional $100 betting stake, and will be required to make a minimum $10 wager on at least eight of Penn National's 10 live Thoroughbred races.

First prize, based on an estimated 100 entries, would be $5,000. All entry fees will be returned as prize money. Players get to keep all winnings from their contest wagers, which will be limited to win, place, and show bets.

Deadline for entries is May 3.
