The colt stopped the clock in 52.53 seconds over 4 1/2 furlongs with Irad Ortiz Jr. aboard. He is owned by Repole Stable and trained by Todd Pletcher, both of whom were tied to Overanalyze during his on-track career. Bred in New York by Lansdowne Thoroughbreds, Analyze the Odds is the first foal out of the winning Mineshaft mare The Sense Angel. Overanalyze, a 7-year-old son of Dixie Union, stands at WinStar Farm in Versailles, Ky., for an advertised fee of $10,000. He has 112 foals in his initial crop of 2-year-olds. Overanalyze won four of 11 starts during his on-track career for earnings of $1,046,381, highlighted by victories in the Grade 1 Arkansas Derby, and the Grade 2 Remsen Stakes and Futurity Stakes. He also placed in the Grade 2 West Virginia Derby and Iroquois Stakes. Overanalyze is a half-brother to Grade 1 winner Meadow Breeze, Grade 1-placed Majesto, and Grade 2-placed Mighty Monsoon.
