Babies traveling 1/8 of a mile under 10 seconds is simply BLUBBERING on OPEN knees and shins. This FACT can be measured by statistics and lack of self-awareness from Owners and Consignors who PUSH these very young 2-year-old's. Perhaps not allowing 2-year-old's to race may be the solution.
