Best Bet: SAINTFRANCIS (13th)

Spot Play: STORMY GHOST (10th)

Race 1

(6) LUCKY CIRO only one win last year but should offer a nice price and gets a good driver change.  (3) BABY B mare has just been racing evenly but does stay trotting an inconsistent field full of breakers.  (4) ROSE RUN NEMO owns good early speed but always lacks stamina late and is probably best used underneath.

Race 2

(2) LOFTY NATIVE gelding pacer has made breaks in two of his last three starts, however the 4-year-old does have some upside if he stays pacing.  (1) FOXY FOOTWORK has also had issues staying pacing but finds a very suspect field.  (5) RC'S REGAL BEAST probably needed his last two starts coming off a sickness and has shown a decent burst of speed at times.

Race 3

(3) MOMA JEAN'S CROWN should be in line for a great trip in the pocket before shaking loose late for a shot at the leader.  (4) MACAO well bred trotter raced much better last out. The gelding looks like he will try to ration out his speed for the victory.  (6) HIGH HEELS N SPURS mare dominated last out against a bad field and would be a threat late especially if the leaders go fast early.

Race 4

(4) CARAMEL DUMPLING has some back class in the field despite looking terrible on paper.  If the pacer races back to his prior efforts he would probably win easily.   (3) REDNECK RIVIERA did not win a race in thirty six starts last year but had been knocking on the door since being in a new barn.  (1) BUSTER MEE N has some early speed, gets a good post, and should hit the ticket with a smooth trip.

Race 5

(5) ELVIS RETURNS comes off an excellent qualifier, adds a positive driver change, and looks to be trotting fastest of all; big chance.  (2) DC CHUG-A-LUG Indiana bred trotter has had a tough year but the speed and ability are there despite coming off a scratch.  (3) LONG STEM ROSE dominated this class last out but the race comes up much tougher this week.

Race 6

(1) CADILLAC KID is in good form and finds a field with few contenders.  (9) HIGH STAKES BANKER has some nice closing ability and is a contender if he can keep close turning for home. (4) ROSE RUN KERMIT looks to be in line for a good trip on the lead or in the pocket.

Race 7

(1) BEACH STREAKER Michigan invader tries hard every start, gets the rail, and finds a very bad field. (4) FULLY LOADED GUN was 0 for twenty-four last year and couldn't win with a perfect trip given by the top driver last start; command a price.  (8) ITHROFITZ gelding pacer has been off three weeks but can pace fast miles at times.  The 7-year-old needs to find a way into the race but could be a threat late.

Race 8

In a field with few contenders (6) ADDYS SECRET is one of them and will offer a much better price than the favorite.  (5) PAMSFOOLISHTERROR well bred gelding has won two straight impressively and looks to be a short price. (4) ASKPEDIA gets sent out for a provisional driver but the effort two back puts him in the money.

Race 9

(8) SAND ROYAL BLU picks up an excellent driver change and with a little racing luck the trotter could get towed up into the race.  (3) BUCKEYE PATTY is probably the most consistent in the race and won the most races in the field last year.  (9) HELLO CARLO takes a significant drop in class and has excuses in his last two; threat.

Race 10

In a wide open race (3) STORMY GHOST put in a good effort from a bad post last out and should be a threat with any kind of a trip.  (4) KENNAIRN LIFE SIGN gelding was an easy winner last out but does step up in class and doesn't get the benefit of the top driver.  (9) GENUINE STAR N finds a tough starting spot behind a horse who doesn't leave; use caution.

Race 11

(4) CULLENATOR first time out for new connections and could offer a good price.  (1) WHITEWATER DELIGHT draws the rail and will probably try for an easier trip after being used very aggressively in his last two.  (9) MAJOR MIKE would be my top choice in the race if the gelding had a different driver; threat.

Race 12

(9) OLIN might be overlooked despite the big drop in class and should be there on the money.  (2) AWSOME ANDREA gets a huge driver change that could make the difference; threat.  (1) ROSE RUN LEAH never got into the race last out but had been racing gamely in this class prior and now draws the best post.

Race 13

(6) SAINTFRANCIS needed his last two starts, takes a big drop in class, and just needs to stay trotting for a victory.  (3) SENATOR SAM can really crank it up from off the pace when he's right.  (1) CALLING A VICTORY draws the rail and should be in line for a great trip.

Race 14

(2) BRYNDAN'S TOY was vicious at this level last out and picks up a good driver change.  (1) BATTLESHIP KELLY was a game winner at this class two starts ago and gets the best post.  (9) JUMPIN JACK J just raced evenly last out but was sharp the start prior.

Race 15

In a very suspect field that looks tough to handicap on paper (2) ICONIC STYLE has put in some good miles from time to time and gets an aggressive driver in the bike that might just fit.  (9) KILO SHARK gets sent out for a new barn and should save some ground before shaking loose late.  (1) GUNMANS ACE  makes his second start off a long layoff, draws the rail, and should be sharper.
