Nobiz Like Showbiz's loss in the Fountain of Youth and Street Sense's absence from racing this year have done little to lessen support for the two colts. As of 4 p.m. Friday, the two colts were the favorites in Pool 2 of the Kentucky Derby Future Wager. With $54,315 wagered, Nobiz Like Shobiz was a lukewarm favorite at 5-1, a week after his third-place finish as the favorite in the Fountain of Youth Stakes. Street Sense, unraced since winning the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Nov. 4, stood at 6-1. He is expected to return to racing within the next few weeks. The mutuel field, the "all others" alternative to the 23 separately listed interests, was third choice at 9-1. Dreaming of Anna was a narrow 9-2 favorite over the field at 5-1 in Pool 2 of the Kentucky Oaks Future Wager. Handle was $6,228 at 4 p.m. Wagering for the Derby pool closes Sunday at 6 p.m. Eastern, while the Oaks closes a half-hour later.
