Luis Raul Rivera collected the 1,000th win of his career aboard No Lip ($7) in Tuesday night’s first race at Mountaineer Racetrack. Rivera, 34, has been a regular at Mountaineer since 2005 and currently is tied with Christian Pilares for first place in the overall 2013 jockey standings at the West Virginia track with 148 wins.
