Native Heir is making a habit of winning turf sprint stakes moved to the main track.

Two weeks after winning the off-the-turf Ben Cohen Stakes at Pimlico, Native Heir ($4.20) went wire to wire to capture the $50,000 Wolf Hill Stakes at Monmouth Park.

Ridden by Jeremy Rose for trainer Mark Shuman, the 5-year-old Native Heir covered the distance in 57.10 seconds over a sloppy track. Six scratches reduced the field to just five horses.
