Race 4 - $75,000 Guaranteed Pick Four Pool

Best Bet (4 - 8 / $12.00): BIG MCDEAL (8th)

Spot Play: FALCOR BLUESTONE (3rd)

Race 1

(4) OUR MOJO is going to find the winner's circle one of these days and it may come this start. He hasn't won in 15 tries this season and is long overdue. (1) CIMERONKEN has terrific gate-speed to be put into position early. He has enough speed and should provide a price. (2) ADREAMCOMESTRUE AS has been knocking on the door in recent outings and has been racing very consistently. He draws inside and is a factor.

Race 2

(1) WINDFALL BLUE CHIP raced well last start considering it was his first start off a layoff. He draws inside and should put together a better mile. (5) JJ SHARK ships onto the circuit and has been pacing some fast miles. He's been roughed up in his last two starts and should be better in here. (3) FRANKIES DRAGON is fresh off an eye-catching victory. Any repeat effort and he's a major contender.

Race 3

(1) FALCOR BLUESTONE draws inside and was timed in 1:54 1/5 two starts ago. He made a break last week, which I'm going to overlook. (4) HOUSE MONEY scored the victory at Grand River and shifts back to Mohawk. He draws well and that was a good effort over Grand River's half mile oval. (3) CAN I SAY won in this class two starts ago and drops back to the same level. She'll likely provide a price once again.

Race 4

(8) LANESIDE LEXUS hasn't won yet in four starts this season, but she's a much better mare than she's been showing. She'll likely continue to offer a price. (9) LETS GO GET EM has hit the board in four of her last five starts and continues to be very consistent. She was timed in 1:51 3/5 last week. (5) WARRAWEE LIMELIGHT has offered a fair price in each of her last five starts and is very capable of hitting the board. I'm not convinced she can win, but she's a good option for the triactor.

Race 5

(5) CREAMPUFF MACDADDY found the wire first in his first start of the season last week. He can only improve off that effort and comes from a very good trotting barn. (3) WINDSONG INVINCEBL has a terrific record this season and draws well. He gets Jamieson in the bike and Wallace's barn has been very good this season. (7) WITHOUT A CLUE hasn't missed the board in his last five starts. He shows terrific gate-speed and likely will be put into play early.

Race 6

(2) D TERMINATA faces a much easier bunch and has demonstrated enough speed in his last few starts to be able to capture this event. (9) STONEBRIDGE ON ICE drops in class and that's the major reason for my selection. He has a lot of back-class and comes out of McNair's barn. (5) GOBAN is fresh off a win and this will mark his second start back-to-back start on this circuit. With a repeat effort and he's once again a major player.

Race 7

(3) TWIN B IMPRESSIVE comes out of the Moreau barn and faces an easier group. He draws inside and finishes his miles very strong. (2) IDEAL RACE draws inside and has a lot of back-class. He shows enough speed and is a top threat in this class. (5) ASTOR has a very good record this season and posted a sub-1:50 victory just two starts ago.

Race 8

(1) BIG MCDEAL was hard-used by Jamieson in her latest start past the half. She faces a much easier class, gets the rail and is the horse to beat. (4) VOELZ HANOVER hasn't raced since May 24, which is a worry, but she's a millionaire with a lot of back-class. She's won two straight and two of her last three. If there is quick speed in this race, (9) GREYSTONE LADYLIKE is the horse to pick them off late. She has a terrific closing kick and has been knocking on the door at this level.

Race 9

(6) WINBAK WARRIOR has been racing much better in his last two starts and I think he'll appreciate this series. (8) ASTUTE raced very well last start with a second place finish, timed in 1:51 2/5. That sets him up well for this series. (5) PIERAZ raced well last week to finish third. He closed very well and has a good record this season.

Race 10

(5) CAMAES FELLOW is the horse to beat in this race. He finished second in the Gold Cup Invitation from post 10 and set a world record three starts ago. (7) BIGTIME BALL has missed the board in his last two starts, but has paced both miles in sub-1:50 fashion. Not to mention his back-class. (3) CLASSIC ROCK NROLL draws inside and might provide a price. He races at his best when he's put into the race.

Race 11

(6) UNCLE GOODFELLOW has been racing very consistently and remains at the same level. He hasn't missed the board in his last five starts and has been finishing off his miles very strong. I'm going to play, (9) ROYAL OUTLOOK for second in here using the McNair angle. This horse enjoys being put into the race and has been racing very well over half mile tracks. He might offer a price and I hope McNair puts him into position early. (10) MACHAL JORDAN is a longshot play, but he's been pacing strong miles in his last two starts. If quick fractions are provided, he can pick them off late.

Race 12

(2) THE LADIES MAN draws inside and has had tremendous success in this series over the past few years. He's coming into this race in fine form. (6) THATS THE LIFE hasn't been worse than second in his last four starts. He raced very well to finish second last start against a tougher bunch. (5) COLLEGE MAJOR didn't race well last week, but was terrific in his three starts prior. He'll need a trip, but I feel he's capable.

Race 13

(6) MY MAN CHARLEY has terrific gate-speed and that will likely be put into place. He adds lasix for the first time, which also affects my decision. (2) VIPER SELECT draws inside and has finishes second in three straight races. He closed very well last week with a :26 final frame. (7) ORSE POWER hasn't raced well this season in three starts, but I'm looking for a rebound effort. He'll likely offer a price and will race for the second week on this circuit.
