Best Bet: MONI JUSTICE (7th) Spot Play: ALLOVERAGAIN (3rd) Race 1 - $50,000 Guaranteed Pick Five Pool Race 4 - $50,000 Guaranteed Pick Four Pool PICK 5: 5,6/2,3,5,6,7/1,2/3,5/2,7,8,10 = $32 EARLY PICK 4: 3,5/2,7,8,10/4,6,7/6,8 = $48 LATE PICK 4: 6,8/3,7,9/1,2,4/1,7 = $36 MEET STATS: 15 - 40 / $99.50  BEST BETS: 1 - 4 / $2.80 SPOT PLAYS: 2 - 3 / $12.80 Race 1 (6) RUN DIRECTOR gets a notable trainer change here and he qualified well for his sophomore debut. He will likely take a lot of action, but if he stays flat, he should be tough to beat. (5) ILLUSIONEESTA was one-paced down the lane last time and no real threat to the winner. On paper, she's hard to toss, but she is also beatable, and she could go favored. (1) BOSSTON GLIDE and his stablemate (3) FAN THE FLAMES both have decent early speed and are worthy of consideration to use underneath. Race 2 (5) JENKINS CREEK is one of several early leaders that stopped on a sloppy track on April 16th. He can make amends here. (7) THINK AGAIN finished ahead of the choice in a much-improved effort. I'll use him in the Pick 5 here. (3) LISVINNIE's win was easier than it looks on paper as the horse that finished 2nd was no real threat in deep stretch. He picks up McNair here and isn't out of the equation vs. these. (2) TOMY TERROR improved off the claim and now he drops back in for a tag. He's the fourth one I'll use in the Pick 5 in a race that could go several ways. Race 3 (1) ALLOVERAGAIN was impressive in her return and she looked the winner every step of the mile; call to repeat. (2) SCOTTIES SPIRIT was a solid winner herself - at a ridiculously overlaid price - and although she looks like the main threat, the price comes down here. (8) I JASMIN - with a 1 for 42 record - is impossible for me to use on top at this point, but she should make the ticket. (7) OCEANVIEW DEB should be closing late here to pick up a piece. Race 4 (5) DEEPFAVE HANOVER gets a better post after getting hung the mile. Things should go much better for him here; top call. (3) THORN IN YOUR SIDE will be blasting here and if Henry can stack them up early, he could go a long way on the lead. (4) HES A SENSATION rarely wins, but he fits here, and he should at least hit the ticket. (7) MCKINNEY woke up last time, but it's hard to trust him to win two straight; small share predicted. Race 5 (8) FREE WILLY HANOVER - like many in the Auciello barn recently - has caught fire and he should be tough here if Drury puts him into the race early enough. (10) WARRAWEE ROO was visually closing well in deep stretch last week and although it's hard to predict how he'll be driven from out there, he is undoubtedly one of the best in here and can win this if he is in contention turning for home. (2) WILD AND CRAZY GUY won in the top class as recently as four starts back so I'll use him on multi-race tickets here. (7) ODDS ON AMETHYST - last year's 'O Brien winner - gets to drop after missing a check last week and he is another who can take this, although I'm inclined to play to beat him in this spot. Race 6 (4) WYN hasn't raced in a month, but this is a significant class drop. He should beat these if he is ready. (7) REAL WILLEY raced well enough here on April 12th to contend vs. these. (6) PINSTRIPE PRIDE goes for an outfit that sends them ready, but he has had almost a month between this race and his most recent qualifier; you call. (1) FERRARIFEVER can sit a trip and emerge to take another slice here. Race 7 (8) MONI JUSTICE was in a tough spot last time, trying to close into the fastest quarter of the race. She should beat these if the pace she chases is reasonable, or if she gets more aggressive earlier. (6) ALEXUS EH comes off a solid win vs. lesser over this track and she looks next best. (5) TREASURED TEE is capable, but he hasn't raced in forever. I wouldn't take a short price on him here. (4) SNARKY HANOVER frequently finishes on the edges; use underneath. Race 8 (7) NOW WHAT HANOVER goes for a hot barn off the claim; call to repeat. (9) KWICKY KWANZAA moves into the top stable here after several races where he fell just short; using. (3) NOBETTERPLACETOBE is the third one that recently switched to a new barn and he has a solid win over this track. Toss him on late Pick 4 tickets. (5) CROCADILE CANYON should be passing many of these down the lane to take a share. Race 9 (4) BUZZ loves this track and he projects to get another decent good trip near the front here; call to repeat. (1) HLDONTGHTTOYURDRMS will likely try to control things here again and he's the one to knock off. (2) CATCH THE DREAM will be passing most of these down the lane and he could win if there is a pace battle, but it's more likely that he is closing belatedly for a share. (3) O NARUTAC PERFETTO is another closer that will most likely be coming on late to get a slice here. Race 10 (7) MUSSELSFRMBRUSSELS has more than enough class to handle these and moving into Moreau's barn makes him an automatic top choice for me. (1) BIG BANG BOOM woke up last time as many of Auciello's have been at this meet and I'll use him in this Pick 4. (2) LEAFS AND WINGS raced okay when switched to this track and he can close for a piece of this. (5) ADORE HIM has early speed to offer and he took a fast mark here last year; using underneath. (10) ACEFORTYFOURTALON rarely misses the board and he could spice up the exotics leaving from post 10 here. [DRF HARNESS NEWSLETTER: Sign Up for the FREE DRF Harness Newsletter.
