(6) RETURN TO STYLE had an even race over the track and this should be an easier class this time. She can hit the ticket. Race 2 (5) BALLA PALAZZO trotted a huge mile to win last time she raced in this class and driver Henry - who drove her then - returns here; top call. (6) READY ANY TIME had a race over the track on a night when it was wet and she raced only evenly. She can improve here at a price. (2) IONIA motored home against a tough winner last time and if she gets put into the race early enough, she should provide a challenge. (1) LADY CATERINA is typically close when racing in this class; use underneath. Race 3 (5) FOREVER LIZA was ready for her season debut and looked like a winner until she was nailed right on the line. She should get a decent setup here for her late kick. (4) KISS ME OR NOT finished just behind the choice last time and she is on the improve and will likely pop soon; maybe tonight? (3) ART ANGEL BABY faces easier here after getting a race over the track and she's another that should be heard from. (2) BLACK JACK PAT shoots for three straight wins here, but these are much tougher and a smaller share may be in the cards for her this time. Race 4 (7) QUITE A SIGHT has been sharp and on a roll, and she looks good to triple up here to start the year. She my Pick 4 and Pick 5 single. (4) LOVE KILLS finished okay last week and the barn has been doing well so far at this meet; using. (8) DREAMS ON ME is right there every week and she should be a threat again if she doesn't get hung out early. (3) MELANIES FILLY can take a small share off a following trip here. Race 5 (2) P L HURRICANE was game in defeat to the current top mare on the grounds last time. She should handle these. (7) CIRCLE THE PAGE wasn't far behind the choice and she gets some class relief here. She looks like the main threat. (4) BAROCKEY couldn't last on the lead last time, so Roy may try to trip her out here. She has an upset chance if she can get a good trip. (5) REQUEST FOR PAROLE has been racing gamely for a few weeks and she should hit the ticket again, but, a small share is likely her ceiling here. Race 6 In a race with little form, Henry may try to take (9) LEXUS ROCKY right down the road so he gets my nod. (2) BLAMEITONTHEWHISKY will likely be racing near lead if he stays flat which makes him a threat here. (7) BURNIN MONEY is usually close at this level, but he rarely wins; use underneath. (1) GREAT MAGIC is another who takes frequent shares who is a good one to use underneath here. Race 7 (6) BEACH GODDESS raced decently when coming off a six-week break and she should be tighter here returning in 7 days; top call. (4) JUST HER LUCK was an easy winner a class lower two starts back, then she jumped two classes and finished off the board. She makes sense dropping back a level here. (2) TWIN B PEACHES powered home to take her sophomore debut and she certainly isn't out of this. (9) ASKMYSECRETARY failed as choice last week, but she should be passing horses again down the lane to take a slice here. Race 8 (4) AIR GLIDER goes for Moreau off the claim here, so sharp improvement is likely. (7) STIRLING BOUDICA is much tougher when racing in this class and I'll use her again in this spot after taking a win over the track at this level last time. (8) THE POWER OF MANY can improve here off the Puddy claim and she wouldn't be the worst stab if she is a price. (6) CARMENS FLUKE likes this track and he should be closing for a piece again here. Race 9 (1) WRITE ME A SONG showed promise in a short campaign last year and she looks ready to roll based on the way she finished off her lone qualifier. She's my late Pick 4 single. (8) LIFELONG DREAM has been flying home, but from this post she may be trying to pass them all here. (4) CAMPASSION raced okay for a barn that can move one up and she could improve again here. (2) HYPNOITIC PLAY is always in contention and notice she was an easy winner for Roy two back. Race 10 (3) E R RHONDA has gotten great setups in her past two starts and lodged big upsets. A similar scenario could play out here with the big chalk leaving from post 10, so Ill give her the edge. (10) REYS A ROCKET has caught fire for trainer Moreau and she's the one to beat, but post 10 can be the great equalizer. (1) SODWANA BAY is another that is capable of getting a good trip and notching an upset. (2) DOCS SAUSALITO got no breathers last time. She could be much closer here with a better trip expected.
