SIR NATIVE (2YOF) left, got looped to the lead, tucked, pulled and went to the top, yielded, got shuffled, had some traffic problems in the stretch, rallied strongly once clear.

FROG POND PRINCESS (NW1FM) tucked, sat in, found room up the rail with quick rally chasing the prohibitive favorite home.

BAD GAMER (OntS) put in strong finish but rallying from 4th over was too far to come.

LATENITE TRICK (NW2) was parked to the lead, yielded to the third panel, rallied gamely through the lane. Beaten favorite will be tough in next race or two.

SOUTHWIND STRYKER (NW2) broke before and after the start, recovered near the back, angled out in the lane and finished with mighty quick strides. Beaten favorite was only beaten by his own missteps and will atone.

BOAT HOUSE ROW (NW6000FM) came wide and hit stride late finishing fast but just missed.

MATTJESTIC TEMPO (OntS) left to the lead at 43-1, yielded to the winner and was an eased second best to odds-on favorite.

RIDE AWAY SHARK (NW10000FM) was on the rail at the back of the pack entering the stretch, came off, searched, angled wide and finished full of pace at nearly 16-1.

TONIGHTIMLOVINGYOU (NW2FM) left to the lead, yielded, pulled the pocket in the final turn, challenged the quick-footed leader, wore her down but was nailed by the pocketsitter.

Saturday, June 25

DELIGHTFUL HILL (NW17000FM) was parked the mile, challenged, could not go by, settled and rated, rallied gamely to hold second as the winner rolled home.

THE REV (NW13000) left well, took the lead, yielded, got shuffled when the winner brushed, tipped in the final turn and rallied well to earn second.

WANAKA (NW2) tipped in the final turn, closed with strong trot and nearly got there as the favored pacesetter began to shorten stride.

AMERICAN ROCK (NW6300) put in a good down the road effort in last as he battled with the uncovered favorite.

Monday, June 27

MUSICAL RHYTHM (PRF) tucked early, pulled uncovered to the third panel, rallied powerfully and won going away.

INTENDED STYLE (CLMHCP15/18000) saved ground, got shuffled behind a dead one, tipped heading home and closed well but had too far to come.

SPORTS COLUMN (2YO) followed wide from the back, posted an impressive :26 2/5 last panel and just missed.

CASH FOR GOLD (NW12500) put in a game uncovered effort and never stopped trying.

Tuesday, June 28

LADY JEN (CLM12000FM) brushed strong to the lead, battled gamely in the stretch versus co-favorite and earned her dead heat.

STRIKNGLYIMPRESIVE (NW2) sat pocket in traffic, angled out and cleared late with willing finish.

LITTLE RED CHEV (NW7000) took the lead, yielded, retook and waved good bye in crushing victory.

NOMATTERWHEN (CLMHCP10/12000FM) wired the field from post 10 on a night when speed was giving it up.
