Email

Thursday, August 25

MAJESTIC STREAK (2YO) left well, yielded and was shuffled, pulled and brushed, went as far as he could but was second best on the board and in the photo on a night when speed was failing.

GIVE EM HECK (CLMHCP10/12000) wired the field in impressive effort and can take another.

STORMONT DUNDAS (NW1) put in a solid long uncovered attempt and was outfinishead by the late closing odds-on favorite.

GRANNY PANTS (2YOF) was on the lead and met pressure from the favorite, put her away heading home and was an impressive winner.

Friday, August 26

MACHIN A TRICK (NW2) winning favorite made the field disappear with big rally through the lane and may have more up his sleeve.

LISVINNIE (CLMHCP15/20000) was in trouble early while locked on a line, continued gamely despite being parked and challenging. Beaten favorite can atone in quick order.

APPLE PIE ANGEL (NW10000FM) was quick to the lead, met early pressure, put the challenger away past the half and proved a strong winner.

KATIE SAID (PRF FM) beaten favorite got moving too late and deserves another look in next.

Saturday, August 27

EASY LOVER HANOVER (NW6) was parked to the lead and press throughout. Battling youngster dug in gamely and earns long look in next outing.

BLAYDE HANOVER (NW2) was buried to the lane, closed well inside at 12-1.

SHADOW PLACE (NW14600) tucked early, pulled passing the half, brushed to the top at 12-1 and held well for second best.

NIRVANA SEELSTER (NW21000) went down the road and was easily best so should be able to take another.

Monday, August 29

RAYLAN GIVENS (NW3000) raced third over, rallied wide and gamely to just miss at 10-1.

FOREVER LIZA (OntSS) was wide a long way and was nailed in the last step. Beaten favorite can atone in next.

MC MACH (OntSS) yielded, retook and was much the best.

THE ERM (2YOF) wired the field impressively in last and seemed to have enough left to be hard to beat in next.

STONEBRIDGE SUNDAE (2YOF) beaten favorite closed well from second over but came up short. Can get it done in next so do not disregard.

Tuesday, August 30

WINDSUN MISSILE (OntSS) was parked the mile, challenged to the lane and tired.

MISS BALANCE (OntSS) yielded, retook, battled pressure and dug in gamely but was nailed in the last step by the late-closing second-over foe.

GONNA FLY (OntSS) winning favorite roared home from far back in last and will be a stretch threat in next.

UTOPIA (NW7000) won going away at 12-1 and earns a long look in next race or two.
