Miller plans dual Cheltenham run

Trainer F. Bruce Miller has unveiled plans to run two horses at Cheltenham's prestigious National Hunt Festival in England in March.

Miller will send his Maryland Hunt Cup winner, Solo Lord, to run in the March 12 William Hill Handicap Chase, a 3 1/16-mile event worth $101,000. Solo Lord will be accompanied by the Miller-trained French-bred Pelagos, who is slated to run in the 3-mile $181,000 Stayers Hurdle on March 14.

Both horses are owned by Michael Hoffman and will be ridden by Blythe Miller, the trainer's daughter.
