SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – Richard Migliore, who left his position as a racing analyst for the New York Racing Association two weeks ago, has been hired as the East Coast correspondent for XBTV, an online horse-racing network owned and operated by The Stronach Group. During the Saratoga meet, Migliore will provide insight into morning workouts and interview trainers about upcoming races. :: Saratoga Clocker Report: Get in-depth workout analysis for the 2017 summer meet Outside of Saratoga, he will be the East Coast racing analyst at Stronach-owned tracks such as Gulfstream Park. “It’s great for me because I won’t have to be working 10 to 12 hours and be able to get home a lot more,” Migliore said. Migliore said XBTV is also building a studio in his home so he can provide on-air commentary without leaving his house.
