MEET STATS: 128 - 426 / $916.20

Best Bet:  PICTURE ME (9th)     Spot Play: HONS LEAVIN FEEL (4th)

Race 1

(1) MAJORITY SHARE put in two solid qualifiers and faces a lackluster bunch. I’m not sure if he is fast enough to win this, but if I can get 5-1 or higher, I would roll the dice. (2) ROCK THREE TIMES has been racing much better lately. That said, he is 0 for 11 lifetime and seems likely to be the favorite. (3) TRIP HANOVER was okay in his first start since September. More now?

Race 2

(2) BREAKIN THE LAW is hard to pick against but this looks like the toughest spot he has seen this year. (1B) ARTS IDEAL HANOVER, (1A) ROCKNDREAM & (1) ONE THROUGH TEN form a powerful Jimmy Takter entry. Any of these could step up and upset. (3) ARC DE TRIUMPH raced best with Schnittker driving. Perhaps he can pick up his game.

Race 3

(4) HONS LEAVIN FEEL finds a dead field this week and gets a nice post to capitalize. He is as good as any in here. (3) SUCCESS ROCKS gets a better post; clear player. (1) MUST BE THE BUNNY is proof that this is a bad field. He is 0 for 7 this year and looks playable.

Race 4

This is a solid field of seven and none of these would be a shock. (7) BIG BAM RAY came from nowhere to just miss last time. He won’t have that many to pass tonight. (4) HEART OF ROCKNROLL had a tough trip and hung in nicely last week. (3) COBALT MAN can’t be faulted right now.

Race 5

(3) OSCAR OSCAR was super when last seen here. Maybe he doesn’t like Chester. Either way, he should work out a nice cover trip. (4) MASTER STROKE seems to be along for a big piece each week. (6) LAGUNA BEACH steps up off the claim; these are tougher. (5) CAMBASSADOR also switches barns; expecting speed tonight.

Race 6

(2) MICKEY HANOVER went a gutsy mile in defeat last week. I’m staying with this guy. (3) ALEXIE MATTOSIE has a ton of class and can’t be faulted for getting trounced by Golden Receiver; maybe. (1) GRAMS LEGACY faces a tough one to his outside and a possible killer in the former. He’ll have to prove himself tonight.

Race 7

(6) THEETOWNLITTLEGUY went a nice mile on the rim last time. (4) FINANCE THE MASTER raced okay from post 10 in his most recent and sports a win at this level five starts back. (1) RU READY TO ROCK gets post relief. (2) CULLENS BLUE JEAN bumps up in form. (3) WELLTHEREYOUGO and (7) TROTTOWN KING both drops down.

Race 8

(1) MIDNIGHT LAWYER is so sharp right now. He can handle the class jump. (8) MOST HAPPY KEENE might be sharper than he looks on paper. His recent lines haven’t been that bad. (2) IN KENNYS HONOR usually races well at this level.

Race 9

(1) PICTURE ME gets class and post relief tonight. Look for an aggressive drive and a big effort. (8) MCCEDES picked up his game last time. Perhaps this millionaire is ready to perk up. (2) NOBLE FALCON is not as sharp as he was a couple of months ago, but this is a low level for him.

Race 10

(4) MELVYN was feeling it up in Canada and raced well last week while chasing the red hot Golden Receiver. (3) WARNING ZONE made it back to the winner’s circle last time. When this guy gets going, watch out. (2) SOUTHERN SPORT steps up again and certainly is sharp enough.

Race 11

(1) ELECTROFIRE drops out of the Levy where the water was much deeper. He returns to the Meadowlands at a reduced level and should show more. (5) SONIX DANCER seems to be getting back on track now that he is back at the Meadowlands. (2) WARNERS SPEEDY ART may be in a better spot this week. I’m not giving up on him completely just yet.

Race 12

(3) JIN DANDY gets away from the super-sharp Oh My Joepa and stands out for me in this group. (8) FAT MANS ALLEY was too far back last time; chance with trip. (4) SEA ME NOW was a decent third last time.

Race 13

(5) JIMMIE HANOVER drops to the basement and gets one last shot as my top choice; now or never. (3) THREE TEN was an easy winner at this level last time. (7) SKY TANTRUM has a chance with a trip.
