Race 3 - $30,000 Guaranteed Pick Four Pool

Race 7 - $50,000 Guaranteed Pick Four Pool

MEET STATS: 5 - 13 / $43.40    BEST BETS: 0 - 1 / $0.00

Best Bet: WINDSONG GORGEOUS (13th)

Spot Play: CAMERON CHIP (2nd)

Race 1

(1) SYNERGY SEELSTER faces an abysmal field and fits in nicely. Trainer change last week didn't produce huge results, but that was an outside post on a half-mile track. (4) CHARISTMATIC KELSEY should be tighter in her second start off the bench. Pierce has done well with her in the past. (8) JB ROSE & (9) WE BE AMERICAN have drawn poorly but could be players with the right trip.

Race 2

(2) CAMERON CHIP was never the same horse after going a huge mile back in May. She has been freshened up and should be right at home at this level. (4) HOLD ON TIGHTLY is in a new barn now and perked up in his second start on Lasix. (7) SPECTATOR K has high speed and is always dangerous against this type. (6) PLAY FAIR should be able to get his act together on the bigger track; new driver tonight.

Race 3

(4) LILLYWHITES picks up Tetrick this week. This mare hasn't had anyone in the bike other than Mike Kimelman since 2010. Just the change in hands behind the lines could shake this gal up against a questionable group. (6) WATTAQUEEN comes off a nice win and the driver change to Zeron shouldn't hurt. (7) ARIANE HANOVER has early speed and positive experiences over the track. (3) PERSUASIVE HANOVER qualified back well and should be able to play against these basement conditioned types.

Race 4

(3) CULT STATUS moves into the Ron Burke barn. I'm expecting improvement. (5) SOLID QUEEN raced well in her first start since July and could show even more now. (1) LADY IDEAL gets barn and driver changes; interesting.

Race 5

(9) BLOODSTOCKSHALLTAB is another moving into the Burke barn. The qualifier was strong. (8) BOFFIN broke in his first try for Team Miller; another shot. (4) SWEET JUSTICE was racing well at Hoosier and seems to be in with a chance.

Race 6

(6) BILLMAR SCOOTER hails from a barn that already won a race here on Saturday. This gal is sharp and should have a big chance in a wide open race. (3) LIGHTNING PAIGE has been stuck with some tough posts lately. (2) SIR LBS Z TAM gets a nice driver change but may not be fast enough. (4) MISS SAND CREEK is a clear player with the right trip.

Race 7

(1) TOBER wasn't quite ready to face the top trotters at Pocono having not started since May. Now he drops down, has speed and draws well. (5) LOVE N LINDY did a great job at Hoosier and seems like a player. (7) BANKER VOLO has shown his class since returning to the races back in October.

Race 8

(1) CAMERON LUCKY lured Tetrick off of four others. She has been facing slightly better than most of these. (5) BEST BOSS has some class and gets a new driver. (2) CHAROLETTES MAGGIE has two wins at the Meadowlands this year. None of these has even one.

Race 9

(7) AS YALL LIKE IT has a bit of trouble at the start of her races but should be firing off the gate in this spot. She has as good a shot as any in this hard to figure group. (2) PROSPECT comes off a sharp score. (4) HERE COMES NUMBERS won his only start with Tetrick in the bike and did it by 14 lengths. (3) THE TRIPLE LINDY fits with these on paper.

Race 10

(4) INITTOWINAFORTUNE bested older foes last week and seems to be in a softer spot this time around. (3) PHONE TERROR also might be in a better spot this week. The switch to the bigger track or driver change could make a difference. (5) THE SUMMER WIND finds doesn't have to start from an outside post. (1) LIL MISS SNOWFLAKE is a sharp horse moving into a solid barn. (8) DON'T BLAME HER has high speed.

Race 11

(7) UPFRONT BILLY posted a huge mile last time and I have to stick with him. (1) APPOMATTOX comes in from Hoosier with pretty good form. (5) WORLD CUP should be flying off the wings of the gate.

Race 12

(2) RIVERFEST was short and had to start from the far outside at Philly last time. That was her first race in over a year and improvement can be expected. It is also worth noting that she raced well her in 2012. (3) RAY HALL adds hobbles and certainly has some ability. (4) UPFRONTSTRIKESGOLD can be forgiven for his recent failures from outside posts.

Race 13

(7) WINDSONG GORGEOUS has won three straight and should roll against this group. (6) MIDNIGHT GAMBOL picks up Tetrick. (3) BOB THE BOILER QB did some of his best work here earlier in the year.
