LINCOLN, Neb. - Lou Lou Larue scored her second straight stakes victory under a hand ride by Damon Leeds as she easily dispatched a short field of four 3-year-old fillies in the $15,630 Princess Stakes at Lincoln on Saturday afternoon.

With the defection of Toffee earlier in the day, the race was reduced to four starters and offered win wagering only. Lou Lou Larue shook off the early challenge of Sheza Possebility after the opening quarter-mile. She soon opened a five-length lead, then held her margin to the end, scoring in 1:17.40 for the six furlongs over a very dull surface rated fast that produced unusually slow times all day.

The 1-2 favorite trained by Chuck Turco, Lou Larue returned $3 while moving her career mark to 4-1-0 from 6 starts with earnings of just over $60,000.

Ura Star checked in second and combined for a 3-4 exacta worth $18.20.
